Doctors Should be Clear
The likelihood of Michael Jackson’s doctors being brought up of homicide charges has dropped to practically nil. Current evidence just isn’t showing foul play in Jackson’s death. However, that doesn’t mean the doctors are completely off the hook. There could still be some form of negligent charges on the horizon, due to the discovery of Propofol in Jackson’s home.
The investigation is far from over, said the source, but doctors ordered to hand over the star’s medical records are not suspects. While homicide charges may be unlikely, investigators have discussed other possible counts against the docs if they administered the potentially lethal drug Propofol to the singer, the source noted.
